How does the inspection system work?:

• A filter rod with two capsules are made to pass through a high frequency switching light.
• A camera mounted parallel to the light checks the rods and streams data.
• The Control Unit processes the data and provides real-time report on non-conformity.
• Around 35 installations in India.

System Features:

• Detects flavor capsules presence in filter rods.
• Capsule of any color can be detected.
• Identifies the capsule position.
• Filter rods with no capsules will be rejected from wrapping of tipping paper rejection station.
